Hawes Villa Campervan Site is situated within the Arnside & Silverdale National Landscape. It borders Gait Barrows National Nature Reserve and is approximately one mile from Leighton Moss RSPB Centre.

Hawes Villa provides a tranquil retreat situated in beautiful countryside. It is a haven for nature lovers and birdwatchers. For those who love the outdoors, walking, cycling and rock climbing are ‘on the doorstep’. The site is only half-an-hour’s drive from both the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Hawes Villa is also a working farm with a herd of rare breed pigs, free-range poultry and sheep.

The site is surrounded by reed beds and willow trees and is adjacent to Hawes Water, the largest natural lake in Lancashire. The site is level and all pitches are hard-standing. All services and surfaces are accessible for wheelchair users.
